Please note that, by resolution of the various governing bodies dated 21 November 2025, the companies of the ASF Group — namely Everest Srl, ASF Srl, TDL Europa Srl, Decalog Srl, OR-Trans Srl, Dutto Spedizioni Srl and Evolve Srl — have adopted an Organisational Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001. Therefore, all interested parties may review the aforementioned General Organisational Model of each individual company by contacting the respective administrative department.
